Project Portfolio
My goal is to help individuals and businesses around the world bring their ideas to life. I’ve taken on a variety of large-scale and mega projects, always exceeding my clients’ expectations. Take a look at my projects below.
Amaala, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
JAN 2020-AUGUST 2021
Established the Procurement Department for Amaala, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) subsidiary. I led both Commercial and Corporate procurement teams - growing the team from zero to 26 in less than two years. One of the key achievements include establishing procurement guidelines, implementing Oracle/SAP procurement systems, and overseeing over 400 bids amounting to in excess of 3 billion USD.

Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE
2006-COMPLETION
In 2006, my team was appointed by Aldar to act as their representatives with an overarching responsibility for the whole development for costs, procurement and project reporting. I was a C-suite member with Davis Langdon and reported to Aldar executive board and worked alongside the Aldar on-site senior management. Monthly reports were submitted to justify the considerable investments. The reports also included all program schedules and main areas of concern. Richard’s team continued on the project until project completion.
CNPS Headquarters, Yaounde, Cameroon
MARCH 2015
In the consulting industry, each situation is unique and requires a specific set of solutions. I acted as Developer and Lenders Representative. He also acted for the building owner (CNPS) who committed to a 10 year sale and leaseback commitment from the developer.
The design allowed for either a Steel or Concrete framed building although because of costs, a concrete frame was preferred.
As the design developed, the client identified a requirement for a mixed use facility and only required 6 floors of the building. This allowed for other government agencies to be located within the structure plus a restaurant and a health spa.
